By a resolution of the Board of Directors of DallBogg: Life and Health Insurance, Pension Assurance Company DallBogg: Life and Health was established on 12 October 2020. By decision of the Financial Supervision Commission No. 338 – PAC dated 27.05.2021, Pension License No. 05 – PAC/28.05.2021 was issued to the company with registered office and registered address in Sofia, One G.M. Dimitrov blvd., Izgrev district. The pension licence entitles the company to carry out supplementary pension insurance activities. The company is registered in the Commercial Register by the Registry Agency as of 08.06.2021 with UIC: 206541648.
By Decision № 787-UPF of 26.10.2021, the Financial Supervision Commission issued a permission to DallBogg: Life and Health Jsc to manage the DallBogg: Life and Health Universal Pension Fund.
